The ideal candidate has 12+ years in PM within Banking/Financial Services and a proven track record managing complex programs with strong governance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project Management experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills across business and technology teams.
• Extensive mortgage domain knowledge including lifecycles, underwriting, servicing and customer journeys.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Mortgage (Homes) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Drive implementation of mortgage-related initiatives across loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and customer journey enhancements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and change management processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
