Job summary

EC Appointments Ltd in Hemel Hempstead seeks a Senior Mortgage and Protection Case Manager to support 3 Advisers, owning end-to-end mortgage and protection applications from submission to completion. You will manage clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers, ensuring smooth case progression and excellent service.

You will also mentor a junior team member and thrive in a busy, office-based environment with on-site parking, contributing to lender relationships and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant Mortgage and Protection experience.
• Solid understanding of Mortgage products and lenders.
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines, and independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion.
• Manage clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers to ensure smooth case progression.

An experienced Mortgage and Protection Case Manager is needed to help support 3 Advisers and take ownership of mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion, including managing clients, lenders, solicitors ad advisers. You'll have responsibility for end to end case management, client service and relationship management , and more

My Client is an expanding Broker based in Hemel Hempstead. To join them in this great role you will likely have significant Mortgage and Protection Industry experience, including a solid understanding of Mortgage products and Lenders, ability to work under pressure to deadlines and ability to work independently, while supporting and mentoring a more junior team member.
