Job summary

My client, a mortgage and protection broker in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage and Protection Case Manager to own applications from submission to completion, coordinating with clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers to progress cases to the highest standard.

You will support three advisers alongside another case handler, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach. CeMAP is preferred, with opportunities to advance qualifications.

Qualifications

• Significant mortgage industry experience.
• Full understanding of the mortgage process.
• Basic criteria knowledge of mortgage lenders.
• Protection knowledge and experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Capability to train and mentor junior staff.
• CeMAP qualification or willingness to complete.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
