Job summary

My client is a mortgage and protection broker seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage and Protection Case Manager to own cases from submission through to completion, coordinating with clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers to proactively progress each case. You will ensure accurate documentation, high service standards and robust compliance.

CeMAP qualification and strong IT/CRM skills are required, with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple cases efficiently in a busy
