Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in mortgage administration or a similar financial services role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage process.
• Experience managing protection cases across life and critical illness.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers across the mortgage and protection case lifecycle.
• Request and review documentation to support applications.
• Track mortgage cases and help secure lower rates when available.
