Job summary

Lendable is hiring two Senior Quality Engineers for the Mobile team to ship the Zable app with confidence as we scale. You will own the mobile test strategy, shape CI/CD for test reliability, and lead AI-assisted quality initiatives using LLMs to speed up test authoring and failure analysis.

You will collaborate with software engineers, product and design to raise release cadence while maintaining test trust and coverage, working across a React Native/TypeScript stack and cloud/backend services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted testing practices with sensible controls around review and trust.
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript, building helpers and tooling for the app when needed.
• Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability, including flakiness reduction and artefact management.
• Comfortable with mobile E2E automation or strong E2E experience on another platform.
• Able to operate independently and drive improvements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile test strategy and evolve a pragmatic test pyramid for React Native (Jest, RTL, component tests).
• Build reliable E2E automation and create/maintain mobile E2E suites in Maestro, with CI integration.
• Bring AI into the SDLC to speed up test authoring, failure clustering, and coverage insights.
• Prevent defects by shift-left quality and close the loop on production issues with observability data.
