Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Head of Quality to own engineering quality across the organisation, combining hands‑on coding with strategic leadership. You will drive quality gates, SLOs, and AI‑assisted testing across teams.

In a fast‑growing fintech, you’ll mentor ~2 Quality Engineers, evangelise quality, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed quality thinking throughout the SDLC and left‑shift testing.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in quality related roles.
• Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability.
• Shipped AI tooling into a quality process.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering quality of the organisation across teams.
• Define and monitor SLOs for services and teams.
• Lead incidents follow‑ups and ensure remediation.
• Be hands‑on: contribute to test frameworks and CI pipelines.
• Manage and develop a small Quality Engineer team.
• Promote a quality mindset across the organisation.
• Drive AI‑driven quality initiatives and tooling.
