Job summary

Jones FM LLP in Dartford is seeking an experienced Mobile Contract Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery, performance, and commercial management of hard FM services across a national portfolio. The role is based in Dartford with occasional travel across the UK to client sites.

You will lead engineering teams, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance, and drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and contract profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven contract management experience in Hard FM.
• Strong technical background in M&E/building services.
• Experience managing engineers and subcontractors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience within multi-site contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own hard services delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead client meetings, reviews, and reporting.
• Manage maintenance across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
• Oversee asset lifecycle planning and maintenance strategies.
• Manage budgets, costs, and P&L.
• Approve variations and monitor subcontractor costs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure RAMS and risk assessments are in place.
• Lead engineering teams across multiple sites.
