Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kent, United Kingdom, seeks a Mobile Lead Engineer to oversee three sites across Sittingbourne and Maidenhead, travelling between sites with a company vehicle. You will perform daily checks, complete PPMs, reactive tasks, and manage contractors, permits, RAMS, and engineering reporting.

Required are C&G Level 2/3 Electrical Installation, 18th edition, and strong electrical/mechanical maintenance experience with HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation.
• 18th edition certificate.
• Test & Inspection knowledge.
• Basic plumbing skills.
• Strong electrical & mechanical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Health & safety compliance knowledge.
• Good communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all PPMs within SLA.
• Carry out reactive tasks.
• Operate all facility systems (MEP) competently and safely.
• Manage on-site contractors, permits, RAMS, and reports.
• Maintain CAFM data and asset databases.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly engineering reporting.
• Support safety culture and KPI/SLA adherence.
