Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Manager Network Services Strategy and Architecture to shape the strategic direction, governance and architecture across Core, Network Infrastructure and wholesale domains. Based in Newbury with hybrid working, you will partner with business and IT teams to deliver high-impact roadmaps and ensure delivery excellence.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage vendor relationships, evaluate new technologies and support pre-sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network strategy, architecture, design within telecoms.
• Strong understanding of network services across mobile, fixed, and wholesale domains.
• Experience in governance, vendor management, and solution architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategy for Network Services, Core and Network Infrastructure with business case support.
• Align on-prem/off-prem infrastructure strategy with IT Architecture teams.
• Oversee execution of strategy through delivery teams to realise benefits.
• Govern technical architecture across network touchpoints from device to core.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and manage vendor selection (RFI/RFQ).
