Job summary

Cloud Imperium Games in Manchester is seeking a Senior Programmer for ML Editor Engine Tools integration. You will design and integrate tools to fuse machine learning with the editor and game systems, collaborating with senior engineers across disciplines.

You will own complex features from concept to deployment, mentor teammates, review code, and drive robust tooling that enhances developer workflows in an agile, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C++ with large, shared codebases.
• Expertise with UI frameworks such as Qt and/or MFC; architect clean, scalable interfaces.
• Solid understanding of game development tools.
• Proven track record of improving workflows through user-focused, innovative tool design.
• Experience mentoring others, conducting code reviews, and driving technical discussions.
