Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and operational excellence of enterprise middleware platforms, including IBM MQ, ACE, ITX, ITM, and Instana.

You will own roadmaps, drive platform modernization, reliability, security compliance, and stakeholder engagement across global tech teams, translating roadmaps into backlogs and delivering upgrades, standardisation, and

Qualifications

7+ years in Product Management or Service Management in enterprise middleware.
Deep expertise in IBM MQ.
Strong experience with IBM ACE, ITX, ITM and Instana.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for middleware platforms.
Develop roadmaps focused on security, resilience, automation, and customer experience.
Prioritise platform demand based on risk, impact, and cost.
Lead governance forums and manage platform standards and documentation.
