Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in Sheffield is seeking an Enterprise Integration Product Manager for a hybrid, contractor role. You will own a multi-quarter roadmap across middleware, messaging, and observability, driving platform standards and governance, while aligning with regulatory and regional constraints.

The role requires deep IBM MQ knowledge, experience with ACE/ITX and strong stakeholder influence across international teams. Hybrid work and BPSS-umbrella eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing product/services for enterprise middleware/integration platforms.
• Deep knowledge of IBM MQ and related integration tools.
• Proven track record in platform lifecycle management including upgrades and deprecation.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap for integration platforms.
• Own platform lifecycle management: upgrades, standard versions, deprecation and debt prioritization.
• Set standards for IBM MQ, ACE, ITX configurations and observability patterns.
• Lead governance forums to reduce fragmentation and speed delivery for consuming teams.
• Ensure service health: availability, stability, performance, capacity and resilience.
• Maintain product documentation and service catalogue entries.
