• Prioritize and evaluate existing business and renewals to identify opportunities aligned with profit goals.
• Price and analyze coverage, structure and exposures on individual risks.
• Set terms and conditions per underwriting strategy to bind qualified risks.
• Attend client/broker meetings and related events as applicable.
• Exercise disciplined pricing to meet profitability targets and comply with guidelines.
• Expand portfolio by developing existing relationships and new clients.
• Support governance, risk identification, and escalation within risk appetite.
• Conduct underwriting referral audits and handle referrals outside authority as needed.
