Job summary

Connectus Business Solutions Limited is seeking a 3rd line engineer to lead strategic technology usage and define how to align IT with business goals. You will engage in pre‑sales activities to design technically robust solutions and work with a dispersed support team to deliver secure, reliable services.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in 2nd/3rd line roles, strong Microsoft, virtualization and networking knowledge, and the drive to progress in IT.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years’ experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise networking.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varied client environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and recommend new systems to build business cases and manage design, build and implementation.
• Ensure internal/external devices are monitored and patched to latest versions.
• Provide 3rd line technical support to the engineering team as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for internal and customer systems.
• Lead security posture reviews and respond to incidents as security focal point.
• Oversee enterprise security systems and network performance.
