Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure/platform engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and administration experience.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience with Hybrid Identity and Active Directory integration.
• Experience with Conditional Access and MFA.
• Experience with governance, security, and compliance frameworks (Purview, DLP, labels, retention, eDiscovery).
• PowerShell scripting and automation; Microsoft Graph API.
• Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 services across a large enterprise environment.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex identity, collaboration, and messaging issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, governance, and user lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain security, compliance, retention, and information protection solutions.
• Administer Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, messaging security, and hybrid environments.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Monitor platform health, performance, security, and adoption trends.
• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams on enterprise solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Microsoft 365 roadmap and architecture decisions.
