Job summary

Placr Recruitment is seeking a Senior IT Technician to own and resolve complex IT challenges. The role involves hands-on management of Microsoft 365 environments, security practices, and project work across cloud, endpoints, and migrations.

You will work in a customer-facing role, delivering clear technical guidance while keeping documentation up to date. Prior experience with Intune, Defender, Purview or Copilot is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least three years' Microsoft administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 tenant management skills.
• Experience in cyber security, endpoint protection, monitoring, patching and backups.
• Experience using Kaseya IT management and security tools.
• Clear customer communication and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Manage user access, permissions, MFA and conditional access.
• Resolve complex issues across Windows, devices, networks and cloud services.
• Support endpoint protection, investigate security alerts and maintain patching, backups and device compliance.
• Use Kaseya IT management and security tools to support customer environments.
• Contribute to customer onboarding, tenant reviews, migrations and technical improvement projects.
• Keep customers informed and maintain clear technical documentation.
