Job summary

CityFibre is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist in Telford for a hybrid role that blends home and office work two days a week. You will operate and enhance the Microsoft 365 platform, spanning Entra ID, Intune, Defender and Copilot, with a focus on security, automation, and governance.

You will manage identity, devices and data protection across Microsoft 365 apps, provide third‑line support, and collaborate on AI governance initiatives using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

Qualifications

• Experience across identity, endpoint management and security in Microsoft 365
• Strong Entra ID experience including Conditional Access and access governance
• Strong Intune experience including Autopilot, compliance and deployment
• Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
• Experience with Defender, Purview, DLP or information protection
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for administration, reporting and automation
• Cyber security knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve Microsoft 365 services across Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
• Manage identity, authentication and access controls incl. Conditional Access and passwordless auth
• Manage devices via Intune (Autopilot, compliance, config, app deployment) across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
• Strengthen security and data protection with Defender, Purview and DLP
• Provide third-line support for complex Microsoft 365 incidents and guide helpdesk
• Support Copilot and AI governance using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation
