Job summary

Qualifications

• Full and specialist GMC registration with licence to practice.

• Ability to lead laboratory oversight, provide diagnostic and antimicrobial advice and participate in ward consultation and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee microbiology laboratory operations and report authorisation.
• Provide diagnostic and antimicrobial guidance to clinical teams and ward consultations.
• Participate in teaching, training and antibiotic stewardship activities.
