Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bradford is seeking a Senior MI Analyst to produce and translate management information for stakeholder decision-making. You will design and maintain reports, analyse data from multiple sources, and present insights to both on-site teams and management.

You will work closely with operations to understand warehouse automation, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely, accurate MI delivery. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential, with SQL knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing large data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Ability to design and maintain management information reports for multiple audiences.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce management information on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence for all levels of the business to enable actionable insight.
• Design, create and maintain bespoke and ad-hoc reports aligned to current requirements and projects.
• Understand the automated warehouse environment and customer expectations while working with on-site teams.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture and build more efficient MI tools for BAU reporting and projects.
