GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to turn complex data into actionable insights and to develop scalable reporting and automation solutions that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.

This full-time role, predominantly Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus benefits. You will partner with stakeholders, automate data processes and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Strong data engineering and data modelling experience across multiple sources.
• Experience turning business requirements into dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ability to identify and implement automation and AI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to gather, challenge and refine business requirements.
• Create and maintain automated data processes and decision-support tools.
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
