Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Planning Analyst for our M&S site in Bradford. You will work with operational teams, customers and supply chain partners to ensure the right resources, stock flow and transport plans are in place to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. The position is full-time and permanent, with shift patterns listed, and a benefits package including

• Experience with Excel and WMS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support operational resource planning, ensuring labour is allocated effectively.
• Coordinate inbound stock planning with customers and partners to align with priorities.
• Manage outbound planning activities, ensuring store volumes are dispatched per transport schedules.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide timely information to support operational success.
