Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bradford is seeking a Senior MI Analyst to produce and translate management information for stakeholder decision-making. You will design and maintain reports, analyse data from multiple sources, and present insights to both on-site teams and management.

You will work closely with operations to understand warehouse automation, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely, accurate MI delivery. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential, with SQL knowledge a plus.

Job description

• Produce management information to the agreed schedule, daily/weekly/monthly for all levels of the business - which then enables stakeholders to provide actionable insight driving strategic and operational decisions
• Design, create and maintain bespoke and ad-hoc reports in line with current operational requirements and project activities - you will gather and analyse data, then adapt it to present in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience
• Build an understanding of our automated warehouse environment and customers' expectations, whilst maintaining a great working relationship with all on-site teams
• Actively promote a continuous improvement culture within the team, especially around building more efficient MI tools to BAU reporting and projects scoping
  Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit-for-purpose
• Ability to translate data into visuals and the ability to adapt visualisation depending on the audience
• Confident communication skills, able to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
• Confident MS Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI (An understanding of SQL would be an advantage but please feel free to apply without this)

  This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
