Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager in Milton Keynes to translate complex data into actionable insights for the Waitrose account.

You will lead requirements gathering, build automated data processes and develop scalable dashboards to improve operational performance and customer outcomes. As the BI lead, you will partner with stakeholders, refine business needs and drive automation and AI-driven analytics across multiple data sources.

Qualifications

Experience translating business requirements into analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proven ability to implement process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
Create and maintain automated data processes and decision-support tools.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for performance improvement.
Ensure solutions remain aligned to business needs and user-friendly.
