Sopra Steria Ltd is seeking an experienced Messaging and IAM Engineer to deliver messaging and IAM strategy for a flagship account. The role covers BAU activities and high-profile aerospace projects, based on-site at Newport, Portsmouth or Stevenage, with SC clearance eligibility for UK nationals.

Key tasks include handling technical escalations, BAU tickets, and collaboration with the projects team on large-scale European initiatives. Security clearance and UK citizenship are prerequisites.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with on-prem Exchange environments (2019 preferable).
• Experience managing patching schedules across Exchange environments with SU updates.
• Understanding of Email/Messaging AV and Spam protection (Cisco ESA or Fortimail a plus).
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest scale.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Domain structure and Group Policies (AD, OU, GPO).
• Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills including root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
• Single Sign-on/PKI knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Key team member for technical escalations.
• Customer focused, working BAU tickets covering Messaging and IAM spaces.
• Working with projects team as required – Includes supporting upcoming unique, large scale, one of a kind, European-wide project.
