Job summary

LA International is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer (Messaging Specialist) for a 3-month contract in Manchester, onsite. You will serve as a senior escalation point for complex incidents across Exchange Online, mail flow, and security, with hybrid messaging environments.

Qualifications

Experience with Exchange Online, mail flow, and hybrid messaging environments.

Responsibilities

Provide expert 3rd line support for Microsoft 365 Messaging and related services.
Troubleshoot complex email security, encryption, and delivery issues.
Collaborate with Security Operations to investigate phishing campaigns and threats.
