Job summary
Methods is seeking an experienced Exchange / Microsoft 365 / Messaging Architect to lead the messaging architecture for a major technology transformation. You will own the migration strategy, design secure and resilient mail systems, and guide coexistence between existing platforms and the target Microsoft 365 environment.

Qualifications
- Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 architecture.
- Hybrid or multi-tenant messaging environments.
- Tenant-to-tenant mailbox migrations and complex coexistence arrangements.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, mail routing and security controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the messaging architecture across the transformation lifecycle.
- Define coexistence and target-state messaging architectures across tenants.
- Design mail-routing, DNS, Autodiscover and service-discovery for coexistence and migration.
- Develop migration patterns for user, shared, resource and service mailboxes; plan sequencing and cutover.
- Provide architectural assurance and review designs from engineering teams.
