5 days week - Office based. London

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising Manager to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be essential in planning and forecasting the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across all channels.
• Managing stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Providing data-driven insights to influence buying decisions, pricing strategies, and promotions.
• Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensuring a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
