Job Description:

5 days a week - Office based in London.

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be involved in planning and forecasting the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to ensure sustainable growth.
• Manage stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence buying, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensure a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior planning or merchandising role within a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
