Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in search of a Collection Merchandiser / Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

The role involves:

1. Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that meets sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring appropriate pricing architecture, trend analysis, and market influence to maximize margins.
3. Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
4. Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth possibilities.
5. Monitoring sales feedback across channels and taking corrective actions based on past season's performance.
