Job summary

Ariat Europe is seeking a senior planning lead to drive forecasting and stock control across our UK operations from Harwell. You will shape the department, build processes and partner with US teams to enable data-driven trading decisions.

Responsible for achieving availability targets, limiting overbuy risk, and delivering KPI-driven performance, you will work with product, sales, ecommerce and supply chain to optimise stock holding and support growth.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and change management skills.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience manipulating large data sets.
Use of SAP in planning and stock management.

Responsibilities

Drive team to maintain forecast within the plan to reflect demand across all sales channels.
Propose and agree sales and stock targets by department and sub-category.
Maintain excellent product availability within KPIs.
Collaborate with Product to drive growth across categories.
Manage purchasing critical path with key dates with Ariat International.
Ensure POs are loaded timely and SAP setup is improved.
