Based in East London's Hackney, Percival combines a quintessentially British sense of understated style with rare, internationally sourced fabrics. Designing, producing, and shooting everything from our London studio, we reject rigid fashion business models. We make small collections frequently, keeping our offering fresh and varied, and sell directly to customers and to exciting wholesale partners.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in East London. The Assistant Merchandiser will support the merchandising team in daily tasks such as inventory management, stock monitoring, sales analysis, and coordinating with suppliers. The Assistant Merchandiser will work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in achieving sales targets. Personal Skills/Experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, confident in building and maintaining various Merch reports.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, highly organised.
  • Good communication skills, keen to build relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Able to make proactive, data-driven decisions within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as a Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant or Merchandising Admin Assistant within fashion retail. Some experience working with a 3PL required.
Admin Duties
  • Awareness of key KPIs; cover, margin, sustainability.
  • Overseeing trade performance daily, highlighting risks and opportunities to Merchandiser.
  • Working with Merch and Product teams to manage the production planning of key and core lines.
  • Updating and reforecasting line cards weekly, proposing continuity and seasonal trade repeats to Merchandiser.
  • Full ownership of sizing, raising POs within required time frames.
  • Supporting both Marketing channels and Wholesale division with clear, accurate visibility of product arrivals.
  • Assisting with store stock and replenishment planning.
Operations
  • Liaising with 3PL team to manage intake bookings and ad hoc requests.
  • Input and management of PLM system.
  • Supporting inbound to warehouse and stock management. Creating and issuing products to Shopify via PLM.
Critical Path Planning and Management
  • Working with product developers to ensure key planning dates are met and delivery targets achieved.
  • Supporting product developers to ensure accurate data is maintained and stock is delivered on time.
  • Providing general admin support to the product team, maintaining and managing dates, communication, and meeting deadlines, and managing the range planner. Keen to develop skills in a fast-paced role, able to manage own time efficiently.
