Location: London, United Kingdom

Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days a week

Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Role Overview

The Transactions Assistant will support senior members of the transactions and investment team. This is a hands-on administrative role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior members of the transactions and investment team.
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
  • Organise business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes during key meetings.
  • Maintain well-organised filing systems and ensure transaction documentation is kept up to date.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Asset Management, Investor Relations, European offices) and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with presentation preparation, reporting packs, and administrative project work as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative or team assistant role, preferably in real estate, investment management, or financial services.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Confident communicator with a professional manner when engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discreet, dependable, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
