Qualifications

• Experience in commercial duties across MEP works including measurement, valuation and subcontract management.
• Support interim applications, valuations, and cost reporting.
• Assist with procurement and management of MEP subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial duties across MEP works.
• Monitor costs and support commercial reporting.
• Provide contractual advice on MEP delivery.

Skills

Strong knowledge of JCT/Bespoke contracts

Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying

Member of RICS or working towards MRICS status

Education
