Job summary

Crown House Technologies (CHt) is recruiting a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on a high-profile data centre project in Slough. You will manage cost, forecasts, and change across allocated MEP packages, working with the project team and supply chain to safeguard commercial performance.

The role requires strong contract management, procurement oversight, and the ability to advise on risk and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing MEP quantities within building services or MEP packages.
• Exposure to data centre projects is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities across allocated MEP packages and work packages.
• Take responsibility for cost management, forecasting, risk and opportunity.
• Manage subcontract procurement, administration, change, valuations, accounts and claims.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, commercial forecasts, contract reviews and management information.
• Identify, price and manage change throughout the delivery of the project.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project team.
• Monitor package performance, costs and commercial risks, taking action where required.
• Maintain robust commercial governance and contract compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the Commercial team.
