Crown HouseTechnologies, part of the Laing O\'Rourke Group, seeks a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the Ellison Institute project in Oxford. You will manage commercial duties across MEP works, including measurement, valuations, subcontracting, and cost reporting, while supporting procurement and change control.
The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, with strong MEP exposure. MRICS status is preferable.

Crown Housetechnologies are the specialist MEP delivery unit of Laing O'Rourke and are currently recruiting a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the team at the Ellison Institute of Technology.
The Institute continues work in cancer research, disease prevention, and global health policy, along with providing educational programming for students from around the globe.
A newly constructed building in The Oxford Science Park will be home to further research laboratories and educational spaces, laid out to promote collaboration and flexibility. This includes a roof-top wooden geodesic dome overlooking the surrounding tree canopy.
The two buildings will be connected by an elevated tree covered walkway to enhance access and promote collaboration between both sites.
