Job summary

Certain Advantage is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. You will lead pre- and post-contract activities, provide commercial guidance, and drive cost control across multiple projects, including data centre initiatives where MEP experience is highly valued.

• Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects
• Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
• Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
• Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business
