Job summary

Data centre MEP experience is strongly preferred, and the role involves procurement oversight, contract administration, valuations, and driving project profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects.
• Strong ability to provide commercial and financial guidance to clients.
• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender docs, and feasibility studies.
• Experience overseeing procurement, contract admin, valuations, and payments.
