GagaMuller is delivering a 210MW hyperscale data centre campus in London. We seek a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial leadership across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and related Building Services work packages from procurement to final account.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial management for large-scale MEP packages.
• Strong understanding of cost planning, benchmarking, and earned value.
• Ability to manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of MEP work packages from procurement through to final account settlement.
• Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, benchmarking exercises, forecasts, and commercial reports.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Review contractor valuations, applications for payment, and commercial submissions.
• Support procurement activities including tender documentation and evaluations.
