Job summary

Sisk Group in London seeks a Senior MEP Lead to oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on large projects, including data centre initiatives. You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams and ensure compliance with standards, client specs and regulatory requirements.

You will promote digital tools, BIM adoption and continuous improvement while collaborating with the Building Services Director and senior leadership to deliver high-quality MEP outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing MEP delivery on construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with stakeholder influence.
• Experience with BIM and digital construction tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery on large/complex projects, meeting quality, programme and cost goals.
• Mentor project MEP teams and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure consistent policy and standards application across projects.
• Review and approve MEP design, installation and commissioning plans.
• Engage clients, consultants and subcontractors on MEP matters; report to leadership.
