Job summary

Nimble Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial management of major MEP data centre packages. You will lead procurement, manage changes and entitlement recovery, and provide cashflow and risk reporting to project leadership.

The role requires experience with NEC 3/4 or JCT contracts, and confidence in steering commercial decisions with senior leadership. A strong pipeline and structured governance are in place.

Qualifications

• Senior QS with proven MEP data centre experience
• Experience with NEC 3/4 or JCT contracts
• Experience at main contractor or MEP specialist
• Strong change and entitlement management
• MRICS/MCIOB membership welcomed but not essential

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of MEP packages
• Procurement strategy and subcontract negotiation
• Managing change, variations and entitlement recovery
• Cashflow forecasting and cost/value reporting
• Contractual notices and risk management
• Subcontract account management and final accounts
• Advising project leadership on contractual rights and strategy
