Job summary

Crown House Technologies, part of the Laing O\'Rourke Group, seeks a Senior MEP Planner to lead planning on a major Oxford area project. You will be onsite, coordinating with project, engineering, design and construction teams to shape build sequences and programme controls.

Based in Oxford with early works starting October 2026 and overall completion planned for Q1 2028, the role offers visibility into strategic planning and delivery on a high-profile engineering project.

Qualifications

• Senior planner with strong MEP and complex construction delivery.
• Solid experience in planning across design, procurement and construction.
• Ability to spot issues and propose workable solutions.
• Experience coaching other planners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on MEP planning and programme controls.
• Develop and maintain the Contract Programme and Programme to Build.
• Plan across design, procurement, construction and short-term delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigate delays.
• Provide programme analysis and forecasting.
• Advise on commercial and programme impacts.
• Collaborate with client, project team and supply chain.
• Develop others in the team.
• Drive improvements in planning and delivery.
