Crown House Technologies, part of the Laing O''Rourke Group, is recruiting a Senior MEP Planner for a major, long-term project around Weybridge. Initially based in central London near Paddington Station, with a transition to site from January 2028.

The overall scheme runs through to Q2 2034, offering the opportunity to influence the project from early planning through delivery. You’ll lead MEP planning and programme controls, working with project, engineering, commercial, design and construction

Formación

• Senior-level experience on complex construction or MEP projects.
• Strong MEP sequencing, buildability and programme knowledge.
• Experience with project/programme controls and forecasting.
• Pre-construction, design, procurement and construction planning experience.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to spot programme issues and turn them into workable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Leading planning and programme coordination.
• Developing and maintaining the Contract Programme and Programme to Build.
• Planning across design, procurement, construction and short-term delivery.
• Developing logical, efficient and buildable construction sequences.
• Monitoring progress and identifying risks, opportunities and potential delays.
• Providing programme analysis, forecasting and practical mitigation plans.
• Advising on the commercial and programme impact of project decisions.
• Working directly with the client, project team, stakeholders and supply chain.
• Supporting and developing other planners within the team.
• Driving improvements in planning, controls and project delivery.
