Job summary

Beeby Anderson Recruitment seeks a senior MEP engineer for a growing consultancy focused on regenerative, low-carbon building services. You will lead a small multidiscipinary team and oversee delivery of ambitious MEP projects while engaging with clients to shape technical direction and maintain autonomy.

The ideal candidate has Chartered M&E status and 10+ years delivering complex building projects with energy-positive and net-zero outcomes.

Qualifications

• Chartered mechanical or electrical engineer with extensive MEP project delivery.
• 10+ years delivering MEP solutions for complex buildings.
• Experience with energy-positive, net-zero building projects.
• Experience applying waste heat, water or resource-recovery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small multidisciplinary MEP team of 3–5 engineers.
• Deliver technically ambitious projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate designs with architects, clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.
• Shape the consultancy’s technical direction and capability growth.
