Beeby Anderson Recruitment is seeking a mechanically biased Building Services Design Engineer to support a growing team delivering M&E refurbishment and new installations. You will develop efficient designs, produce Mechanical & Electrical drawings in AutoCAD M&E, and participate in project coordination across time, budget, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or recognised equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience.
• CIBSE LCC/LCEA or similar accreditation preferred.
• Membership of professional bodies (CIBSE/IMechE/IET) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualise efficient design solutions with ESG considerations.
• Assist in delivery of M&E refurbishment and new install projects to programme and budget.
• Produce clear reports and drawings; present findings to stakeholders.
• Promote energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site managers.
• Lead external consultants and manage project documentation and PM processes.
