Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel seeks a Senior MEP Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, lead staff, and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on a major residential project in the UK. You will report to the Project Manager and challenge the supply chain to keep the programme on track.

The role requires proven experience with large schemes, SMSTS, Procore familiarity, and strong communication. You will chair meetings, manage subcontractors, review designs from stage 3 onward, and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale residential schemes.
• SMSTS or relevant skills card.
• Experience managing MEP packages over £10m/200+ units.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Procore.
• Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Input into internal and external works meetings to ensure programme dates are achieved.
• Chair services section of progress meetings with the MEP Subcontractor to discuss progress.
• Input into MEP services design from early stages through to submittal review.
• Input into O&M manual to align with client requirements.
• Review RAMs and safe working systems prior to commencements of work segments.
