The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing MEP packages on projects exceeding £10 million and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness. Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical & electrical packages for schemes greater than £10m or 200 residential units plus.
• Proficient in planning and coordinating MEP materials/labour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and site staff management.
• Manage commissioning programme from start to finish.
• Chair MEP progress meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
