Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced on-site MEP lead to manage day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on a 330-apartment project. You will coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors, ensuring works align with drawings, specifications and program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical services background, proven experience on large-scale residential or apartment fit-out projects, and hands-on plant room, MEP riser and shell-and-core exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of MEP works on site with a mechanical focus.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Oversee MEP installation across 330 residential apartments.
• Manage mechanical works associated with shell & core construction.
• Coordinate and oversee plant room installations.
• Coordinate and oversee MEP riser installations.
• Ensure MEP works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Review drawings and identify design, coordination and installation issues.
