Job summary

A leading construction company in Greater London seeks a Senior MEP Manager to oversee site operations and manage staff. The successful candidate must have substantial experience in mechanical and electrical packages, alongside excellent communication skills and commercial awareness. Responsibilities include ensuring deadlines are met, managing commissioning programs, and leading progress meetings. This role offers autonomy and a supportive professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing schemes greater than £10m or 200 residential units.
• Ability to interrogate Contractor & subcontractor programmes.
• Detailed understanding of H&S requirements (access, working at heights).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site.
• Chair internal & external meetings regarding MEP progress.
• Manage commissioning programme from outset to completion.

Skills

Experience managing mechanical & electrical packages

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Demonstrated commercial awareness

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines

In-depth knowledge of building services regulations
