Compass is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Early Intervention and Targeted Support Service in North Derbyshire, Derbyshire. You will assess and support children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs, carrying a caseload and delivering structured, evidence-based interventions.

You will provide specialist advice, supervision and training to colleagues, using outcome measures to inform clinical decisions while safeguarding and coordinating with families,

Qualifications

• Two years' experience of working therapeutically with children and young people.
• Experience of risk assessment, risk management and safeguarding within clinical services.
• Experience of line management and/or clinical supervision, with a postgraduate certificate in supervision or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this.

Responsabilités

• Carry out assessments and manage a caseload.
• Deliver structured, evidence-based and therapy-informed interventions.
• Use outcome measures to inform clinical decisions and respond to risk and safeguarding concerns.
